Hi dear,
Yes you can get scholarship if you belong to SC-ST category. But if you belong to General category you can take Student loan. Your college can help you to get the same. You can repay the bank after you get a job. Bank will not charge any interest rate on your loan.

If you are financially weak then you should try for job first there is a chance that you can be financially strong.
