Yash, to appear for GUJCET you should fulfill at least any one of the below eligibility criteria:

Candidate must have domicile of Gujarat
Candidate should have completed his 12th board exams from a school situated in Gujarat
Candidate's parents are from Gujarat
Candidate's parents are from outside Gujarat but are working in Gujarat during the time of admission

If you fulfill any of these criteria, you can appear for GUJCET. Else I am sorry to say that you cannot fill for the exam.
