From this year the marks scored in class 12th are not considered to determine the merit in AP EAMCET. The rank solely depends on the marks scored in AP EAMCET. The cut off rank for each college is different so there isn't any unique answer to your query. You have to aim to score good marks and give your best. If you wish to get admission in to a college your should aim to score minimum 90-110 marks or more if you belong to general category, if you belong to BC/EWS category you should aim to score minimum 80-90 marks or more, if you belong to SC/ST category you should aim to score minimum 70-80 marks or more in AP EAMCET to be on safe side and to secure a decent rank. These are estimated scores, the actual rank corresponding to these scores depends on the total number of candidates appeared, highest score, tie breakers etc.
