yes you can write the eamcet for the colleges in telangana but as already the eamcet for this year has ended you have to wait for another year.
if you want to study in telangana engineering colleges with out wasting a year of your valuable time then you can join in any of the jntu affiliated colleges and after a year you can apply for the transfer of the campus from ap to ts.
as this procedure will work for sure and you may also no need to waste the time.
