I am from Bihar and getting skmch by state counseling so can I put my seat on hold and go for 2nd round of state and aiq counselling?

Yes you can opt in for AIQ 2nd Counselling.But if you get a college in 2nd Round in state and you don't want to join it then your security amount will be forfeited.
