I am from bihar but have studied from class 8 to 12 in Andhra Pradesh state in A U region .am I eligible for neet 2020 state counseling in Andhra Pradesh . if yes what are the necessary documents as I don't have any residence certificate of Andhra and my adhar card has address of bihar ?

Yes you are eligible for state counselling in Andhra Pradesh as you have completed your 10th and 12th from andhra pradesh
But for being eligible you need a valid domicile of the state and a residency proof of that state then you will be fulfilling the criteria of eligibility under state quota of counselling.
