Dear aspirant your percentile is not that good to get nit. You will not get in the 8 rounds. You can get nit sikkim, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland in special rounds. But you will not get good streams. You can get gftis like assam university.

You are missing an important information about the category of the reservation that you have.
If you have no reservation category then the it may be less chance of you getting a NIT or an IIIT seat. But if you have some query the It would be helpful for me to help you. Please do comment with your reservation category.
