I am from Himachal pradesh but done my schoolung from Punjab is I am Eligible for state quota in Punjab

Yes, you are eligible to apply under State Quota for Punjab. As you have studied more than 2 years, along with the qualifying examination , so you fall under the bonafide category. As you fulfill the criteria, you are eligible for state quota for Punjab.

Since you did not mentioned the name of exam for which you are applying, I will give the broad picture.
In case of jee mains, the state of eligibility is the state from which you have done your class 12. So, it seems you will have punjab as you homestate.
But in case of other state exams skeeing domicile than you won't have domicile of punjab, so you will be having domicile of himachal pradesh.
