I am from jaipur and have not appeared for jee and have not given any other exam. Should I go for other state government colleges?

Since you have not appear in JEE mains examination,you have lost the chance of getting NITs and also you have the lost of chance of appearing in advance examination in order to secure seats in IITs.But itsn't least you can fill application form of state engineering entrance examination and private engineering entrance examination to get admission in good private colleges with scholarship.
