I am from maharashtra state and i got 514 marks which college should i prefer in all india councelling??

Based on this score the chances are less to get a seat in All India quota seats however you might get state quota seats in Maharshtra state counselling. Since it is very late to answer your query, I hope you have checked the seat allotment & also allotted the seat in any of the medical college.
