There's no official notification for any of these news. As you know reaching out many schools and colleges has to be done only once the local trains are started, and starting the local trains is really risky as you surely be knowing how crowdy it gets and it can be much more riskier than if the corona starts spreading and affects the future of our Nation. So unless and until, Mumbai gets fewer cases and comes out of the red and orange zone, then also after 21 days if it stays in the same zone that is fewest number of cases, after that only there are chances of Schools and colleges reopening, this was said by Uddhav Thackeray.

But many of the schools and colleges have already started the online classes.
