i am from obc category my score is 510 can my fees in iismr be reduced

There is iimsr i.e Jamia milia ulooms Indian institute of medical science and research. admission to mbbs course is based on neet ug score. however fees structure is different for category wise applicants.

OBC category students need to pay 318182 rs  as tuition fees per year and 63636 as development fees per year.

hostel and mess charges in total is 110000.
