yes, JEE is required.
Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) will be offering admission to candidates on the basis of marks/ranks secured in JEE Main 2019 . Non-JEE Main qualified candidates will have to qualify special OJEE 2019 entrance exam.
