I am from Telangana and got 345 marks AIR 327437 and state rank 10271 can I get admission in govt dental college or paneeniya institute of dental sciences through convenor quota by BCE category

With 345 marks and Telangana state rank 10,271, getting a government dental college will be very difficult as cut-offs are usually much higher. However, through convenor quota in private dental colleges like Panineeya,you stand a fair chance, especially in BCE category.

With your mentioned score,rank and category,your chance of getting a seat in government dental College, Hyderabad or in panineeya Dental College(through convenor/category -A quota) are very unlikely .Based on previous data ,the last BCE ranks admitted in govt dental College were around around 2.4 lakhs and in Panineeya dental college around AIR 2.5 lakhs.Since your AIR is 3.27 Lakhs,it falls beyond these cut-offs .You may still get a chance in other private dental colleges in Telengana under convenor category most probably in later rounds but for Panineeya or Government Dental,the realistic option would be through management quota(category-B) rather than convenor quota.
