I am from uttar pradesh and done my 11th and 12th from delhi.so for delhi obc quota which obc certificate is required?

Hey Faizan,
If you want to take the benefit of OBC category in the colleges under the jurisdiction of the Delhi government and not the central government, then your caste certificate must be of Delhi, i.e, issued by the officials of the Delhi government and not of Uttar Pradesh government. However, if you aim to take admission in any institutes under central government, then your certificate can be issued from anywhere.
Please note that you must belong to the one of the castes as mentioned in the reservation caste list by the central government of India.
