I am from Uttar Pradesh and I got 51826 AIR and 13531 OBC Rank. What is the best College I can get from any of the NITs, GFTIs or any other?

Your CRL is bit high and your category rank is bit high.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting lower ranked NITs for the CSE such as NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Rourkela, NIT Uttarakhand, NITs from North-east,etc.
You can get some IIITs such as IIIT Jabalpur, IIIT Nagpur, IIIT Delhi, IIIT Allahabad (both in the later rounds)
