I am fully confused about which College(nits or iiits) is good for me.My JEE mains rank 7146 of OBC, for the branches of CSE or ECE

Don't confuse , nit is better than IIIT . And you are getting good college of nit . If you are getting admission in IIIT hydrabad then it is better than nit for cse branch .
