Dear Sir/Ma'm, the qualifying cut-off for general category is 118-691 marks and for Scheduled Caste, Tribe and OBCs is 96-118 marks. However, crossing the qualifying cut-off alone doens't guarantee you a seat. A rank of around 20k tells that ypur category rank will be much lower so yiur chances of getting a government medical college is even more.
