I AM GENRAL AND LIVE IN DELHI I WANT TO TAKE ADMMISON IN Vydehi Medical College through gov fees what is my category how can i applyfor it

Dear Raj, You need to appear for NEET for admission into any Medical or Dental colleges across India. You should have studied your +2 with sunjects like Physics, Chemisyry, Biology/Biotechnology as the core subjects. If you fall under General Category you should have atleast scored 50% in the above mentioned subjects to be eligible for NEET. If you are 17 years and above and meet this criteria, you are eligible for applying for NEET. Then the cut off marks change every year depending on the difficulty of the exam and also the no. of students who appeared for the exam. If you have domicile certificate from Delhi, then you are eligible for 85% of state quota. First off, you need to fill in the NEET application and if you qualify, based on the marks that you scored and the category that you come under, you will be given a seat. Say if in the first counselling if you didnt get a seat in the college that you wanted, then you can appear for 2nd counselling.
