I am gettimg between 165 -167 in up.Can I qualify for stage 2 general category

Achieving 160+ marks in NTSC like exam is really good, But for every state there is different cut off list. This marks get varies depending on the factors.
For UP, expected cut off marks for general category is 170+ , So it is quite difficult for you to get selected for next stage.
But never loss hopes, Because as I told before, cut off get changes, So wait for final results.
