I am getting 136 marks out of 200 in ntse in up in this year.can I get qualified for stage 2 in up state?

Hi,for qualifying for stage2 the cutoff is 121 for General, 100 for SC, 59 for ST, 87 for PH1, 49 for PH2 and 53 for PH3.
