i am getting 19 in GATE CSE ..What will be my position in General category..

It may be harsh to dissapoint you. Your performance is not upto the mark. Your mark is far behind the expected cutoff, which will be near 30. You didn't qualified gate. Due to which neither you will get into rank list nor rank will be assigned to you.
So, you can go for gate next year. Hope it helps
