i am getting 22 marks this year , i belong to CIVIL and SC candidate will be there be any chance of getting NIT for M. TECH

As per your marks it's hard to say that u have the minimum possibilities of getting NIT for m.tech.
As per your category I.e., SC,may be or may not be have the possibility of getting seat in NIT.
