i am getting 38.1 in gate ece paper what i want to do next??

You might not get IITs and PSUs but probably you will get NITs .You can apply to those PSUs which are taking their own examination.These PSUs can take candidate as per the GATE marks as well as student can apply for the entrance.

Considering the score that you have mentioned, you can get admission only in the following IITs mentioned below:

IIT Mandi

IIT Dhanbad

IIT Guwahati(only signal processing and communication engineering).

Even then the chances are very low, so you should keep alternate options in mind like looking for some NITs where you can get admission or other good colleges that accept GATE scores.
