I am getting 411 marks in gate 2019 and I am from open category. Can I get into any NIT or Ms(research) program of IIT?

Dear aspirant,
The qualification for IIT entrance is to get more than 75 % as you don't have that high marks, you are chances are low to get into IIT or NIT .
