Cutoff varies on basis of mtech stream. Your chances are very high that you will get IIT during Counselling.
According to previous year trends You can get any new IIT like IIT Patna, IIT Ropar, IIT Hydrabad, IIT Mandi easily. You can also get any of the top NITs as well. Choose College and Branch wisely.

These two branch are most popular in GATE ME aspirant because of its scope in future. As industries are getting transformed day by day. The demand for M.Tech. in Design holder is increasing.
Same for Thermal Engineering branch, lots of investment are taking place in indian thermal energy sector.
Once the Result get declared then you can predict your exact score. Till now, there is quite high chance that you can get admission in M.tech. at IITBBS as per your desired branch.
