Hi, IF there is some discrepency from CBSE then you shall get bonus marks but if it is not so then your marks shall be deducted.
You will have to see if there are other students facing the same issue or it is just you.
Remember the more in majority, the more chances to be considered.

There is no wrong questions in JEE Main till date.
There are less chances that you will get qualify for JEE Advanced.
You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
