I am getting around 50 marks in GATE 2020, ECE department, b.tech percentage 77.7, OBC-NCL category. Which PSU or best institute like IITs or NIT should i expect for m.tech?

You may expect a GATE score around 600.Considering previous years cut off trends you may get seat in
- IIT, Bombay
- IIT, Guwahati
- IIT, Roorkee
- NIT, Trichy
- NIT, Delhi
- NIT, Suratkal
- NIT, Durgapur
- NIT, Hamirpur
It is difficult get a PSU with such marks.The cut off will be above 60 for OBC-NCL category.But you may have chances for AAI recruitment as the cut off was 50 for OBC for Junior executive post.But cut off changes every year.
