Hello!!!
As per your rank , expected colleges are nit Meghalaya, nit Agartala, nit Raipur, nit goa , nit patna. As the rank is low thus it is difficult to get a branch of your choice. Thus I would advice you to drop for one year or pursue from a private college if you are an engineering aspirant.
