You can give your state's engineering entrance exams like JEECE,BCECE,KCET,UPSEE,WBJEE,...and many more to get good government colleges.For this you need to have domicile certificate of that state.Apart from jee mains, You can apply for BITSAT,VITEEE,SRMJEEE,COMEDK,..all of these exams gives admissions to top private colleges.You should try to visit their respective websites and apply for them..
