You will get lower NITs with some average branch and you may get a decent branch in GFTIs if you take a seat in Jossa. If CSAB special round counselling is done like last time then you may get a lower NIT with good branch as cutoff falls drastically in it.
I'll suggest you to seek a better branch which interests you the most. Keep college as your secondary preference and branch as your primary. Because branch will stay with you for your entire career but college wilk stay for only few years. So opt that branch in which you are confident that you can excel.
