I am having temporary locomoter disability by birth.I am having pwd certificate with 40% disability.Will I get pwd reservation in Jee mains?

Candidates having 40% or more disability are eligible for reservation under Pwd Category.PwD candidates need to have disability certificate. The total percentage of seats reserved under PwD category in JEE Mains 2018 is 3%
JEE 2018 Reservation Criteria
We not have 2019 jee mains data but it is going to be same.

I am having temporary locomoter disability by birth.So can you please tell me is pwd reservation is for permanent disabled or also got temporary disabled person.I have pwd certificate with 40% disability issued from central government and an UDID card got from ministry for empowerment of disabled person.
