i am in 11 standard i want to ask that when I have to register myself for the exam

hello aspirant,
you need to mention that you are referring to which exam, either it is one of the competetive exams or it is the board exam that you will be giving in class 12th.
if it is one of the competitive exams then you have to fill the admission form,
if it is the school exams, then you have to wait for your school administration to bring out the form to you.
