Ok first you have to clear jee mains with good marks and if you want to be an IIT engineer then clear jee advanced with good marks, and persue your dreams off course hehe... Best of luck

You can choose your career in commerce or medical field but as of now better to focus on your 11th and 12th as both matters alot in further studies and job.
