    It is not a good idea to completely rely on the NCERT books for preparing such a competitive exam like JEE.

    In order to know more about the books which you can refer, I would suggest that please go through the links that are given below.  It contains the list of books from where you can study. It  is for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

    Ncert is best for board exams but you must need some of the best reference book for national level exams

    there are two types of book
    1 . Theoretical based
    2. problem based
    which type of book do you need...
    if you want to do clear your concepts you should go for 1st one and if you want to do lot of problems you should go for 2nd one..
