Hello Prachi,
Hope you are doing well.
I know it is difficult to manage your time between your board and JEE as well. The best way to do is to complete the topics of boards and cover it properly on the same day after taught in the school. In (http://day.in/) this way the load to study in the end reduces. You can revise everything you covered in the week at weekends(after you give your weekend JEE coaching exams). But never commit the mistake of giving a lot of time on it. Max 3-4 hrs per day. Plan accordingly.
Never waste time in doing simple problems. (http://problems.as/) Do effective and good quality problems rather than doing hundreds of basic level questions. As your time to prepare for JEE is reduced due to boards, please make best out of the coaching classes. (Try not to doze off during the class ,concentrate at maximum level and minimize chat with your friends). As you aim for a very high rank, minimum you must give more than 8-10 hours per day for effective JEE self study, continuously till the last day of your exam. Always have a little worry about your time. In this way you can manage to get a good score in boards as well as in JEE.
Hope this will help you.
Good Luck!
