I am in 12 th standard. My question is ,if I give leave in school, it is counted in present or absent

Hii Sah,

Even if you give leave application in school then too you will be marked absent. If your reason for leave is genuine then school authorities might consider your overall attendance

I would firstly suggest you not to leave your school because the basic preparation of your board examination will be prepared there moreover you will have your practicals too. Still due to certain circumstances if you have to leave you will have to talk to the authorities and give board exam as an outsider and not from the school.
