Hello student yes as per eligibility criteria you're eligible as eligibility criteria says According to the eligibility criteria of UCEED 2020, candidates will have to pass the qualifying exam in 2019 or should be appearing in 2020. Candidates belonging to any of the following stream(Science without Maths or Physics or Chemistry, Commerce, and Arts & Humanities) are eligible to apply to only IIT Bombay, IIT Hyderabad and IIITDM Jabalpur.
