Your question is incomplete but as you are in your 10+2 level you will not be eligible to give any exam. Only candidates who have passed their 10+2 level or giving their 10+2  level exam this year are eligible for giving any competitive exam. As you are medical aspirant i am guessing you are asking about NEET 2022 but if you are not giving your 10+2 level exam this year you are not eligible to give exam this year but you will be eligible to give the NEET exam next year that is 2023.

You haven't mentioned which application form or where you are going to apply. Your profile suggests that you are a medicine aspirant. So, if you are referring to NEET registeration then you can apply for it in the year when you are going to give your final exams. Below mentioned is the NEET eligibility criteria:

NEET Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who have passed or are scheduled to sit for a class 12th or equivalent test with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognised board are eligible to apply.

By the end of the school year, candidates must be 17 years old.

In NEET, there is no upper age limit. However, the Supreme Court's instructions must be followed.

In NEET, there are no limits on how many times you may take the test.

Indian nationals, non-resident Indians, Indian citizens living abroad, Indian-origin individuals, and foreign nationals are all eligible to apply.
