Ask for last year midsem questions papers to the respective faculties.
Also check in library as there is possibility you may get the set there.

The best way to get you hands on the mid sem question papers is to get in touch with any of your seniours in your institute and ask for the question papers. Also, check if the institute has the sample papers of question papers in its archives.
