I am in 2nd year of electronics and instrumentation engineering. what should I go for after 4th year?

It is not GATE or Mtech.
You get admission in Mtech through GATE exam. You have 2 more years to prepare for GATE and then admission in Mtech or apply for Jobs in PSU.
