Yes you can give clat 2019 if you fulfill following criteria for undergraduate program:
As per the revised standards, there will be no upper age limit for UG Program in CLAT 2019. In class 12 th or equivalent examination, they must have secured:
- For Unreserved /OBC /Specially Abled Persons (SAP) and other categories – A minimum of 45% marks required.
- For SC/ST Category – A minimum of 40% marks required.
- Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May 2019 are eligible to register for Common Law Admission Test.

You should have passed 10+2 board examination from any recognised educational institution. If, General category you need to score at least 45 per cent marks in your qualifying degree. If SC and ST categories, need to score at least 40 per cent marks in the aggregate of the subjects. Further,
there is no age bar to appear in the Common Law Admission Test.
