I am in bihar muzaffarpur my college is Lalit Narayan Tihut and my 1st year English honours Exam is coming up this november.. I want to Change my College. I want to be in one of the Patna's best college. please suggest me that College will change or not after my 1st Year Exam?

Of course you can change the college after your first year final exams. You can start again from the first year in the college of your choice or you can see if the college you want has the option of lateral admission which means you would be able to continue the college from second year itself.
