Hey palak,
Please follow the basic concepts of NCERT along with HC Verma concepts of physics for your preparation for IIT if you are we can physics.
You can also follow some specifically designed guides for example Pradeep and other type of guides there you can do the questions from the competitive parts which can help you in understanding the pattern which is generally asked in those competitive exam
Please also prepare the notes of each and every topic so that they come handy in your exam.
