I am in class 12th i want to do engineering but i want to do dance acting etc. Cultural activities also .how should i balance this??

Its all upto you.
If you want to pursue dancing and acting as a career, then it might not make sense to venture into engineering.
However, recreationally, you can definitely manage both. You can do dance classes few days a week. You can also join college committed for dance and acting.
I do know of people who have pursued acting as a career even after completing engineering.
So if you're really interested, you can definitely do that. You have to keep trying.

It's all depends on you. If you can manage it all, then you definitely can. But engineering is not so easy..

You should make sure that you give 6,7hr for your study. It's your problem how to manage time .suppose you sit for study , you study 1hr than you went for some work after complet that work you go back for study than you study 2 hr than gone for some work. Due to which you complete your study hr and other work
