In some schools they don't provide the admit cards for Boards examination if you don't give pre boards. So you need to give pre boards for sure in that case otherwise afterwards you can face some problems. In your case you can try talking with your teachers and convince them to shift the pre boards as jee is really important ( more important than pre boards for sure). This is the only solution to this problem. And if they don't listen then you need to give your pre boards, ask your seniors aa to what happens when you don't give pre boards and act accordingly.
