I am in gen-ews category, my percentile is 98.87 in in Jeemain. But I have not get gen-ews category certificate due to delay of govt work . If I will not upload the category certificate then what happens?

Your performance is good. If you don't upload the EWS certificate than your rank will be adjusted with general category. You won't be given any EWS category rank. You won't get the reservations benifit of ews. So, try to get it soon and upload it, it will help you to get better seat than you will get with general rank with same percentile.
