Hello,
As you have mentioned that your neet score is 123 narks and you fall under obc category.
Sorry to say but NO. OBC is allocated only 1.7 % of the total seat. So cut off is nearly the same as that of UR. Even in some state, OBC cut off goes higher than that of UR (e.g.-West Bengal).
You might have scored atleast 450 even if you are OBC to get a seat in government medical college.
So, your chances to get bhms in private or government medical colleges is negligible.
