It would be difficult to predict your exact admission possibilities or qualifying cutoff based on your percentile. As per the previous year data, The chances seems less to get a seat in NIT Surat or any other NITs. You can go for the state level counselling.

Your marks are above the cut off marks for OBC ncl category. So you have more chances of getting a seat in NITs. There are 31 NITs present in India. Every year cut off marks will vary based on the number of applications. So apply for your interested institution.
