I am in St reserved category and I got 58 percentile in jee mains January 2019 can I get any state government college or nit

You got 58 percentile in tge jan attempt
Then your rank might be nearly 5 lakhs .
Sorry to say that The rank you get is very high and you dont even qualify the jee main.
Even if you are st candidate most of the seats fill below 1.5 lakhs in the worst case including all the reservations and other categories.
But it is very difficult to get seat with this marks.
